We strive to deliver regular orders within 2 to 12 hours. However, if you have an urgent request, we will complete the job in less than 2 hours.

Sure, you can. Our professional embroidery digitizers and vector art designers work 6 days a week.
What are your company’s operating hours?
We work round the clock from Monday to Saturday. You can contact us or order our logo digitizing or vector art tracing services on any of these days. Please note that we do not operate on Sundays.
Which software do you use for embroidery digitization?
Our embroidery digitizers use Wilcom Embroidery Studio Elements 3 and Tajima DG/ML V14 for digitizing.
Which software do your designers use for Vector Art Tracing?
Our designers use Adobe Illustrator 2023 and CorelDraw Graphics for our Vector Artwork Conversion Services.
Can I place an order via your website?

You can download your order via your dashboard once it is marked completed.
What file format do you accept for custom embroidery digitizing?
We accept JPG, CDR, PDF, GIF, BMP, AI, and EPS format files. We recommend sharing a clear artwork, as the better the input is, the better the final outcome.
Which payment methods do you support?
You can make payment via your credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Do I have to pay if I don’t like the final outcome?
No, you do not have to pay if unsatisfied with the final outcome. Simply request a revision, and we will make it right for FREE. You only pay when you are ready to accept and download the created artwork.
